All About: Lynda Humphreys

Throughout out my career as a Beauty and Complementary Therapist I have worked in many aspects of the industry using a wide variety of skincare products along the way and I know how important it is to take good care of your skin.

I have always had a keen interest in making natural skincare products and even though making ‘Rose Petal Perfume’ and ‘Bath Crystals’ as a child are a distant memory, my passion to make natural skincare products remains. Thankfully both my knowledge and recipes have progressed a long way since the ‘early’ days!

It was around 2001 when I really became aware of the synthetic chemicals that were used in skincare products and the detrimental effect that they could have on our health and well being. I was horrified to learn that a product need only contain as little as 2% of natural ingredients to be deemed a ‘Natural Product’, the remainder of the ingredients being made up of a cocktail of synthetic chemicals.

MY MISSION BEGAN!
After extensive researched I created the LaL Skincare range in 2005, I wanted my products to be truly natural, containing only the finest natural organic ingredients and to be made available to everyone.
Why settle for a cheap chemical alternative when you can achieve a healthier more radiant looking skin the natural way at an affordable price?

As a freelance therapist I am now able to offer my clients therapy treatments using my own natural, organic range of products and as they are handmade I am able to offer them a bespoke service to ensure they really do achieve a healthier, more radiant looking skin.
